We create chemistry by using glass wool with upcycling as a key concept. We have developed the world’s first technology for compounding glass wool, which is used globally, as a resin reinforcing filler.

Glass wool, which has finer fibers than glass fiber, is used in the production of “Ecomaru“, our main product, achieving high cleaning efficiency. It effectively removes unnecessary materials with its countless glass fiber angles and overwhelming specific surface area. Since glass wool’s fiber length is shorter, its fiber diameter is thinner, and it is soft.

Our product “Ecomaru” is a purging pellet designed for cleaning the inside of cylinders in injection molding machines. It significantly contributes to quality improvement by removing and preventing resin deterioration (burning and black dots) in cylinders, which could not be completely removed by glass fiber, thereby reducing the defect rate caused by foreign materials such as black dots.

Our purgin pellet is compatible with a wide range of resins and is available in three grades. It can be used under simple conditions at production sites.
