Tokyo Byora Koki is a manufacturer of cold heading dies, punches, and several other precision components made with tungsten carbide. Our company began operations in Japan in 1961 and in Thailand in 2015. In 2011, we discovered a method to directly engrave tungsten carbide, enabling us to extend the lifespan of our dies and reduce our processing time. We called this method Tokyo ACE. With the Tokyo ACE technique, smaller tolerances with precision machining are possible, which increases product value, as well as the two previously mentioned benefits.
