Sugiyama Chain Co., Ltd. was founded in 1946. Since then, we have developed cutting-edge technologies for manufacturing superior-quality power transmission chains using our own unique techniques, designs, and manufacturing processes. We serve both domestic and overseas markets, supplying high-quality roller chains to much of the world.

Our SUGIYAMA standard series chains not only meet BS/ANSI standards but also were the first in the world to introduce SBR® (Solid Bushing and Rollers) as a standard series. The current generation of Premium SBR® has achieved its highest performance to date.

In addition to our standard series chains, we offer various other chain series for different applications:

• Heavy Duty series chains for applications subjected to heavy loads or lifting.
• Lube-Free series for applications located in inaccessible or difficult-to-reach locations that require re-lubrication.
• Corrosion-resistant products, ranging from coated or plated carbon steels to various stainless steel categories selected based on wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to extreme temperatures.
• Chains used in conveyor-based applications requiring high strength and repetitive motion, such as Hollow Pin chains, Side Bow roller chains, Flat Sidebar roller chains, and Leaf chains.
• Attachment chains that may be used for conveying, timing, and alignment purposes.
