Our predecessors took pride in providing advanced knowledge, state-of-the-art technology, and skill in producing cast iron products. The Imperial Court of Japan awarded them the title of “Licensed Foundry Craftsmen”.
Founded in 1940 as a modern manufacturer, we have been supplying our customers worldwide with high quality machine parts developed independently under the NBK brand.
NBK has continued to expand its product line to meet the needs of society.
Our high-quality miniature shaft couplings support many high-tech fields such as precision machine tools and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
In 2017, NBK sold the most miniature couplings in Japan.
Another of NBK’s strengths in the high-tech sector are specialty screws, such as our hydrogen outgassing-free vacuum screws. We are proud to support our customers’ success with NBK’s specialty screws and their diverse applications.
NBK also uses its technology to focus on solutions for the automation industry, such as Wireless Positioning Units. These replace manual handles on production lines and effortlessly automate setup operations.
